To the Executive Director:
Unfortunately our first encounter was one of desperation on my part. My youngest daughter had died, I had family arriving, a funeral service to plan, and I needed a memorial meal to be served for approximately one hundred guests after the services. I really wanted the meal to be at River’s Edge. You came to my assistance in the finest manner possible. I want to thank you so very much.
I would like you to know that any staff member I approached for assistance responded in a fabulous manner. There were requests I had to make. No matter which staff they belonged to, they were comforting, reassuring and came through for me — no matter what.
