The community was specifically designed to meet the needs of seniors, so the Chateau at Carmichael Park has wide hallways with handrails. There are grab bars in all restrooms. And, staff is onsite 24 hours a day, so you and your family can have added peace of mind.

The kitchen in each apartment is fully operational, but if you choose, you can purchase meals from a variety of plans.

There is easy access to public transportation as well as complimentary scheduled transportation to shopping, banking and appointments.

You would have a built-in “extended family” of neighbors and would be free to make new friends, take up hobbies or enjoy favorite leisure pastimes, instead of doing mundane chores.
